47-196-436 LEADERSHIP ACADEMY ...with a combination of classroom and online work, attendees will gain the confidence and skills to take charge of their work area and lead their coworkers.

What will I learn?

  1. demonstrate communication skills necessary for team cohesion and guidance
  2. demonstrate a personal model of relationship building amongst peers and team members
  3. learn a variety of problem solving methodologies, such as 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagrams, etc.
  4. apply positive communication skills to mitigate escalating conflict
  5. create a system for injury prevention and control from accident data
  6. investigate the definition of Waste and learn to identify waste in their workplace
