- Analyze laws applicable to the National Labor Code
- Create contractual and handbook language
- Develop an organizing campaign
- Develop a “Union-Free” campaign
- Integrate the history of labor relations into the present day workplace
- Analyze the growth, decline, and subsequent evolution of unions in the U.S.
- Conduct a simulated contract negotiation between a Collective Bargaining Unit and Management
- Construct a final, ratified contract using good faith bargaining techniques
- Administer a grievance process
