What will I learn?

  1. Install and configure PC operating systems
  2. Utilize Internet IT resources
  3. Create bootable media for IT solutions
  4. Create unattended operating system installation media
  5. Plan and create a disaster recovery plan
  6. Diagnose and troubleshoot computer problems/issues
  7. Build a complete network environment using virtualization
  8. Install and utilize virtualization software
  9. Install and configure RAID arrays
  10. Identify and remove computer viruses
