  1. Discuss the role of Housekeeping in Hospitality Operations
  2. Explain the importance of hospitality properties to adopt environmentally friendly policies
  3. Describe planning and organization in the housekeeping department
  4. Identify housekeeping human resource issues

  6. Identify the executive housekeeper's responsibilities in relation to the budget planning process
  7. Identify safety procedures that relate to tasks performed by the housekeeping staff

  9. Identify procedures rooms attendants follow to prepare clean guestrooms
  10. Identify housekeeping's cleaning responsibilities in front of the house areas of the hotel
  11. Identify factors affecting the selection process for ceilings, walls, furniture and fixtures
  12. Identify factors affecting the selection process for beds, linens and uniforms
