What will I learn?
- Examine the fundamentals of fire suppression and detection systems.
- Explore the various types of communications systems and guidelines for communicating various reports.
- Develop pre-incident plans to be utilized during incident response.
- Explore various fire attack strategies.
- Perform basic communications presentations.
- Incorporate the proper procedures for conducting an initial size-up, first in report and initial company tactical assignments.
- Describe the various tool and equipment utilized for rescue and extrication.
