- Summarize bio-energetics and muscle metabolism by describing how fuel/energy for working muscles is created and utilized.
- Describe the structures and functions of the endocrine system related to exercise and physical activity.
- Summarize the structures and functions of the nervous system related to exercise and physical activity.
- Summarize the structures and functions of the cardiovascular system as it relates to physical activity and exercise.
- Summarize the structure and functions of the respiratory systems as it relates to physical activity and exercise.
