Class Notes
1. This class is taught through a combination of in-person lab work and online learning materials. Students will complete the hands-on lab activities in the ET129 lab space during the posted open lab times. The remaining learning materials can be accessed anywhere using internet. Plan on spending approximately 30 hours to complete this course. Before beginning lab work in this class, please review the online course materials and talk to an instructor in ET129. For questions on coursework, please reach out to the instructor of the class through Canvas.
2. This course requires purchase of a parts kit in ET129.
3. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Tech Hall Lab, Room ET129, is open Mon-Thurs 8am-8pm; Fridays 8am-3pm; Saturdays 8am-1pm. The Lab will observe all College closure holidays and breaks.
4. The required digital course materials will be accessible via Canvas on or just prior to the first day of class. The fee for the materials is included as part of the ‘Digital Material Access Fee’ on your tuition statement. The optional purchase of a print version of the textbook is available through the NWTC Bookstore.
