10-455-101 CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT ...focuses on the day-to-day activities of managing a construction project. Topics include the flow of project information, managing sources of risk, mobilization and organization of a project in the field, subcontractor management, and project close-out. (Prerequisite: 10-455-100 Contract Documents and Construction Law)
