10-606-140 CAD-ELECTRICAL CONTROL ...draw block and flow diagrams, logic diagrams; introduction to programmable control; fundamentals of electronics; motors and control circuits; sheet metal chassis and panel drawings. (Prerequisite: 10-664-100, Automation 1: Control Logic; Prerequisite does not apply to students that are in the Electrical Engineering Technology program)

Class Notes

1. This class will only meet for one scheduled lecture in-person on Wednesday, October 22nd. All other lectures will be completed via recorded video posted in Canvas.

2. Additional lab work is required and is to be completed during open lab times on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30pm-6:15pm. Students can complete lab work in TE100 on their own time during posted open lab times as well; however, they are highly encouraged to attend the open lab times on Mondays and Wednesdays when one of the instructors will be present in TE100.

3. Purchase textbook(s) prior to the start of class.

4. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: TE100 Lab is open Monday 9:30am-7:30pm; Tuesday 9:30am-2:30pm; Wednesday 1:30pm-7:30 pm; Thursday 9:30am-2:30pm.  The lab will observe all College closure holidays and breaks.
