  2. Explain what it means to act ethically and socially responsibly in business.
  3. Compare and contrast major forms of business ownership and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of entrepreneurship.
  4. Explain the strategic role of management and human resources in achieving organizational goals.
  5. Explain how organizations create value through operations, quality, marketing, and a customer-focused mindset.
  6. Analyze basic financial information to recommend operational changes that can improve future performance.
  7. Demonstrate professional presentation skills by preparing and delivering a short business presentation using appropriate structure, visuals, and professional delivery.
  8. Apply professional personal skills (time management, goal setting, and accountability) to plan and complete courses and project work on schedule.
  9. Demonstrate effective customer service behaviors, including active listening, clear communication, and basic conflict de-escalation in business scenarios.
