Course Description

10-614-223 BUILDING SUSTAINABILITY 2 ...evaluates sustainable aspects of a LEED© rated building. Ramifications of sustainable design on the construction and operation of a building will be discussed. Enhanced building performance modeling and assessment will be explored. (Prerequisites: 10-614-214, Building Sustainability 1; Co-Requisite: 10-614-250, Architectural Commercial Studio 1)
