Course Description

10-614-214 BUILDING SUSTAINABILITY 1 ...investigates basic sustainable design theories and rating systems. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED©) green building rating system will be applied to a residential building design. (Prerequisite: Acceptance in Architectural Technology program or into the Fundamentals of Architecture certificate.)
