10-664-151 AUTOMATION 8: HMI ...the functions of Human Machine Interface, Operator Interface Terminal software and generation of PLC program and screens adhering to written specification using Operator Interface Terminal and PLC software. (Pre-requisite: 10-664-105, Automation 6: PLC; Pre-requisite does not apply to the Cybersecurity Considerations for Industrial Controls Certificate)

Class Notes

1. IMPORTANT: Each class consists of lecture delivered in person plus additional time in the Tech Hall lab, Room ET129 during the posted open lab times.  Plan approximately 30 hours to complete both portions of this class.

2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  Tech Hall Lab, Room ET129, is open Mon-Thurs 8am-8pm; Fridays 8am-3pm; Saturdays 8am-1pm.  The Lab will observe all College closure holidays and breaks.
