NWTC participates in a FREE online registration service available to suppliers wishing to be notified of all bidding and quoting opportunities with Wisconsin public agencies (Wisconsin schools, cities, counties, technical colleges, etc.). NWTC, as a member of the Wisconsin Association of Public Purchasers (WAPP) purchasing association utilizes Onvia.com (DemandStar) as its' automated bid notification and document distribution system for suppliers wishing to subscribe to this free bid notification service. 

Under this program, suppliers have an opportunity to view all of NWTC’s Requests for Quotations (RFQ’s), Invitation for Bids (IFB’s), and Requests for Proposals (RFP’s), as well as those of other public agencies using the Onvia/DemandStar.com network.
