MARINETTE - Just one look at the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Marinette campus and you know the College is growing. Construction is underway on campus. It is all part of the $66.5 million referendum voters passed in April of 2016.

The four phase project includes over 14,500 sqft of additions and around 67,000 sqft of renovated space.

The current layout will be redesigned to transform and enhance teaching and learning at the campus with more student engagement space, state of the art classrooms, study rooms and a new main entrance.

Additions to the campus include: new and expanded space for Health Sciences, Business Information Technology, General Studies, and Trades and Engineering.

The Health Science addition will increase program capacity with the focus on meeting rural health needs and expand by offering programs in Gerontology and Health and Wellness.

Trades and Engineering will continue expansion in high demand field such as welding, machining, and electro-mechanical.
