Getting Help with Canvas

• For help with technical difficulties, contact the NWTC Student Help Desk for 24/7 assistance.
• Run the Technology Check to see if your computer is meeting NWTC's system requirements.
• Search for answers on the Canvas Community Guide.  

Learning Canvas

• Access Student Training through the self-paced Orientation to Canvas class or sign up for Canvas Training Sessions from the NWTC Library.
• Read over the Student Guide on the Canvas site.  
• Contact the Library for help learning how to navigate your classes. Visit the Library during open hours or schedule an appointment.
