Help Desk

Who We Are

The Help Desk is NWTC's main provider of technology support to students, faculty, and staff throughout the campus communities.

What We Do

Whenever you have a technology related problem or request, you can ask the Help Desk for assistance.

Our expert staff consists of trained Information Technology personnel. If we cannot answer your question or fulfill your request, we will route you to the appropriate resource.

Help Desk support includes computer software, hardware (including computers, printers, projectors, etc.), web, telephones, and network.

Scheduled Maintenance

Saturday, June 13, 12:00pm-4:00pm
PeopleSoft Campus Solutions will be unavailable for regularly scheduled maintenance Saturday afternoon.
Staff, Student, and Partner portals will not be accessible during this time.
