Need to renew your real estate license? Earn the required continuing education credits while gaining more knowledge in real estate listings, offers, new developments, ethics, risk reduction, inspections, and testing.
All licensees, except those who were issued either a Wisconsin broker or a salesperson license after January 1, 2013, must satisfy the continuing education requirement during 2015-2016 in order to renew their license in a timely manner in the fall of 2016. The license renewal deadline is December 14, 2016.
Effective 12/15/10, all licensees must complete 18 hours of continuing education in each biennium through six approved three-hour courses. Courses 1, 2, 3 and 4 and two elective courses are required. NWTC is offering the four required courses as well as all two electives. Each module concludes with a required test that must be successfully completed.
