60-320-101 WINE BASICS ...an introductory class intended for casual and enthusiastic wine consumers, and those employed in professional wine service positions, who want to expand their knowledge base. The class will give a fundamental understanding of different grapes, growing regions, and information on what makes each wine unique in flavor, color and bouquet. Time will be spent on pairing wine with food, serving ideas, along with proper glassware and storage suggestions.
