(Prerequisite: 10-614-234, Molding Process/Tech; 10-614-138, CNC Machining-Advanced)

What will I learn?
- Applies safe practices in use of hand and power tool in the Model Shop.
- Schedule and prepare for course projects.
- Recognize that all mechanisms are combinations of basic machines.
- Proper mounting and use of wheels
- Select and correctly use levers, linkages and guadrants.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the variety of possible applications and obtainable actions of cams.
- Select and correctly use springs
- Select and correctly use motors.
- Recongize the many ingenious accomplishments achieved with combining mechanisms.
