47-504-523 FIRST LINE SUPERVISOR ...a standardized leadership and management training program for new law enforcement supervisors. This course is designed to give new and aspiring field supervisors the management tools and competencies for success within their organizations, and serves as the foundation of the Law Enforcement Career Development Program of the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Training and Standards Bureau.
