10-526-213 DMS CLINICAL EXPERIENCE 2 ...further experience in a clinical setting allows the student to continue to improve technical skills while accepting more responsibilities during scanning procedures. (Prerequisite: 10-526-209, DMS Clinical Experience 1)

What will I learn?

- Complete required patient documentation with assistance

- Perform image critique with assistance
- Complete an aortic ultrasound exam with assistance
- Complete a renal ultrasound exam with assistance
- Complete a limited abdominal examination with assistance
- Complete an endovaginal nongravid pelvis scan with continuous guidance
- Perform a transabdominal ultrasound of the nongravid female pelvis with continuous guidance
- Complete a trans-abdominal nongravid pelvis scan with continuous guidance
- Complete a complete abdominal scan with continuous guidance
- Complete scans of superficial structures with continuous guidance
