Elizabeth Martin completed her Master’s Degree in Teaching and Curriculum with a specialization in Language and Literacy from Michigan State University in 2014, while teaching in the K12 system. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University in 2010, majoring in English and minoring in Psychology. Prior to Elizabeth’s role as an academic advisor, she was a high school English teacher.
As an advisor, Elizabeth loves bring the aspect of teaching into her work, helping provide students with the resources and tools available at NWTC to help all students find success.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys reading, music, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
