Northeast Wisconsin Technical College is not only transforming the College experience, but also the busy intersection of Packerland Drive and Larsen Road as new marque sign is now a permanent fixture at the College.
The 11- foot by 25-foot sign showcases the College’s brand; symbolizing strength and confidence, and the upward and forward movement represent success for NWTC students and the Northeast Wisconsin community. It is the final step as the College launched its new logo and brand over the summer.
"This sign reflects the NWTC commitment to Northeast Wisconsin to stay innovative and connected to our community; while respecting our 100 years of rich history and education," said Erica Plaza, NWTC marketing and recruitment director.
“This sign is custom and very unique. This sign is like no other,” said Joshua Chappel, Graphic House national sales leader.
The custom “V” shape design, sign manufacturing, and installation were completed by Wausau, WI-based company - Graphic House, Inc. It features Daktronics LED display built in Brookings, South Dakota. This state-of-the-art display will inform and engage visitors with superior image quality well into the future. It is designed to handle extreme temperatures we experience and is rated from -30F to 165F. The new sign will be a shining new addition to the campus and surrounding business park and is sure to excite new students and passersby alike!
