NWTC Artisan and Business Center offering free on demand videos to find your inner artist
While you're following the Governor's safer at home order, Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Artisan and Business Center wants you to find your inner artist.
Staff at the Artisan Center have created a FREE Do It From Home video series called, Creative Quarantine.
“We wanted to do something that inspires everyone to keep making art during this time,” Aaron Reimers, NWTC Artisan Center artistic design project coordinator.
Each video is under 15 minutes and shows step-by-step how to make a variety of projects from paper making, origami pop-up books to bottle flowers.
Reimers believes expressing creativity and making art can give hope to those who are feeling isolated during this time.
“To be able to take your mind off of what is going on,” Reimers said. “It’s fun to do some type of project you can focus on and try something new and engage with a new community.”
He encourages people to try it, experiment with it and share their finished projects on social media.
The videos are available on demand at,
