Student housing is here

Wednesday August 31, 2016
For the first time in Northeast Wisconsin Technical College’s over 100-year history, students are now living within steps of the Green Bay campus.
Over the winter, a private developer began construction on the 165 unit building.
On August 15 students, NWTC and area leaders gathered to official open The Orchards Student Living.  Over 100 attended the ribbon cutting and toured the student apartments.
The apartments are located on the east edge of the Green Bay Campus — located on East Campus Drive, across from the Apprenticeship Center.
Each unit is fully furnished with four bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodating four to five students. Property amenities include study rooms, high speed internet, a fitness center, onsite restaurant, and some great outdoor spaces to lounge and cookout.
The Orchards Student Living is privately owned and operated by a third party to serve NWTC students. The Orchards is not affiliated with Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
