NWTC hosts ‘Start Right’ for new, future business owners

Free workshop outlines how to start and grow a successful business

Many new businesses fail, but the right information and planning can improve the odds of success. New and future business owners can learn how to plan for a successful business launch with "Start Right the First Time," a new workshop from NWTC's Entrepreneur Resource Center.

Attendees will learn how to create the plans and use the resources that have helped launch successful small businesses. This workshop is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs who have questions about starting a business or perhaps have a great new idea or business concept but need a plan. Experts will discuss a variety of financial and legal considerations, business plans, and what it really takes to be a successful entrepreneur.

This 3-hour workshop will give participants insight into some legal, management, marketing, accounting and financing aspects of owning and operating a successful small business. Attendees have the opportunity to learn from industry experts in these areas and from a panel of local business owners who will share their experiences and tips for business success.
