Faculty Quality Assurance System - The Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) created the Faculty Quality Assurance System (FQAS) as a means to prepare Instructors to be successful. Success will be achieved through these six key areas:

Previously known as the ‘certification system’, FQAS now requires ALL instructors to meet professional development competencies in:
