Enrolling online is simple, secure and easy.
Accounts cannot be 15 days past due to enroll online for the payment plan.
STEP 1: Gather information for your payment plan application.
- Your NWTC-assigned student ID number and your password to log into your my.NWTC account.
- Must have a minimum tuition balance of $200.00 to enroll for the payment plan.
- Name, address, and e-mail address of the person responsible for making the payments
- Bank account information for the responsible person - bank name, telephone number, bank account number, and the bank routing number (most of this information can be found on your personal check)
STEP 2: Log into my.NWTC
- Select “Student Center” tab
- Click on “Finances”
- Select “Sign up for Payment Plan”
STEP 3: At the end of the online application, an online confirmation will be provided informing you that your payment plan request has been submitted. All future communications on your payment plan will be made through your NWTC email account.
Please note: If you are using a parent or someone else as the responsible party for the bank account holder, you will be required to print the payment plan application form, complete the required information with signatures, and return the completed form to the NWTC Student Finance Office at 2740 W. Mason, Green Bay, WI 54307.
To view the status of your payment plan (including the current tuition balance and amount of next payment), go to my.NWTC, Financials Tab.
- Any changes that affect your overall tuition balance will also affect your payment plan.
- Please allow 2-3 business days after the payment to view the transaction on your bank account.
If an automatic bank payment is missed, a $25.00 fee will be automatically assessed to your account. You will be notified by NWTC via mail or e-mail.
