 NWTC Debit Card

All students receiving financial aid or enrolled in at least 6 credit hours will receive a Higher One/NWTC Debit Card in the mail approximately 1 week after initial registration.  This Debit Card is the key to receiving any refunds from NWTC.  Upon receiving your NWTC Debit Card, simply visit NWTCDebitCard.com to select your refund preference (how you want your refund delivered...electronically deposited to the NWTC Debit Card account, electronically deposited into your personal checking account, or paper check).

The CHOICE is yours and in order to receive your refund through your desired preference and on time, make your refund preference selection through the website. Delaying your choice delays your refunds. The NWTC Debit Card number provides you with initial access to the NWTC Debit Card website and can be used to reset your password when logging onto the website if you can’t remember your password, so please keep the card in a safe place.

The card will be sent to the mailing address that you have on file with NWTC, so please make sure that you verify the address. Once you receive the card in the mail, visit NWTCDebitCard.com and enter your card number to get started. Enter the requested information and select your refund preference. Regardless of whether or not you anticipate receiving a refund, it is important to select your refund preference as soon as you receive your card.  There is no cost to the student for the initial NWTC Debit Card; however, if you need to order a replacement card, you will be charged a fee of $10.00.

Below is a list of your refund delivery options and more detailed information about each choice.
