NWTC Graduate Follow-Up
Every year, NWTC contacts graduates to verify employment. We contact graduates from the most recent year, from five years ago and from 10 years ago. The Graduate Follow-Up Report is a compilation of those results, showing the pay rates and job placement for graduates of each program.
Snapshot of Class of 2010 Results
College staff received responses from 2012 of the 2434 graduates during the 2009-2010 academic school year (83% response rate). The college found that:
The median hourly salary for all graduates dropped to $14.00 per hour from the $14.30 per hour earned by the class of 2009 graduates
The median annual salary for all 2010 graduates is $31,200
97% of the graduates indicated they are very satisfied or satisfied with their present job
73% of the graduates are working in the NWTC district while 95% are employed in the State of Wisconsin
