To Begin Testing You Must
- Meet residency and age requirements
- Pay test fee
- Provide proof of age and picture identification
Acceptable forms of Identification
- Wisconsin Driver's License
- Wisconsin Identification Card
- Out-of-state Driver's License with proof of residency
- Valid Passport
