Additional Bursar Notes

• Application for Admissions must be accompanied by a payment of $30.00 or waived by funding agency authorization. Non-payment will delete admissions request from system.
  
• Program Fees are assessed by the state of Wisconsin Technical College System.
  
• The college reserves the right to cancel classes. Students are issued a 100% refund for classes cancelled by NWTC.
  
• NWTC refund policy and schedule are based on the state of Wisconsin Technical College system requirements and are based on percent of total class meetings completed at the time of drop. Students are encouraged to contact Registration or Bursar staff regarding questions on dropping classes or withdrawing from the college.
  
• Bursar staff cannot release student information without prior, written authorization from the student or guardian (if student is under 18 years of age).To request financial information; please contact the cashier staff at 498-6816 during normal business hours.
  
• Financial obligations to the college are processed within 24 hours of their receipt.
