Special Needs 

NWTC's Special Needs Office offers assistance with choosing educational and vocational goals, building self esteem, and increasing occupational potential.

Students who are blind or visually impaired, cognitively delayed, deaf or hard of hearing, emotionally disabled, learning disabled, orthopedically impaired and/or have communication disorders or other health impairments are eligible for these services:
