Apply to receive (free) grants, low-interest loans and work-study jobs by filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Scholarships are offered through the NWTC Educational Foundation and many other public and private sources.
NWTC's Student Financial Services includes information on setting up a payment plan, NWTC debit card, program fees, tuition due dates, refund policy, and dropping a class.
Other sources of funding
Credit for prior learning: Your previous classes or life experience may eliminate the need for certain classes, which can save you time and tuition. Call Enrollment Services, (888) 385-6982, to ask for an evaluation.
Apprenticeship: Apprenticeship is an earn-while-you-learn program in which employers pay students to work and learn a trade. For more information, call the NWTC Apprenticeship Office at (920) 498-5682 or (800) 422-NWTC, ext 5682.
