To apply online, by mail, in person or by fax, please submit:
- A completed application
- A $30 one time, non-refundable application fee
- Your high school, HSED or GED® transcript
- Academic assessment scores (Accuplacer, ACT, TABE, Compass/Asset)
- Some programs have additional requirements (see the Details tab under your program in Academics)

1. Log in using your student ID and password
2. Click Student Center tab
3. Click Admissions header (third one listed)
4. Choose Apply to a Degree Program
