Suzanne Ritter is the Regional Learning and Community Engagement Manager for Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Suzanne is responsible for creating relationships for community partners and faculty members that benefit and enhance real world life experiences for students, while satisfying a community need. She considers herself a conduit of change for NWTC students. Most of her time is spent supporting and guiding service-learning projects for the college. Over the past 3 years she has implemented a collection tool to capture over 400 service-learning projects that benefited the northeast Wisconsin district NWTC serves. Prior to joining NWTC, Suzanne served one year as an AmeriCorps*VISTA with Wisconsin Campus Compact and also brings 20 years experience in healthcare administrative positions to the college. In her free time, Suzanne enjoys gardening, reading and playing with her grandbabies.

Rachel Scheffen is the Service-Learning Specialist for Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Rachel is responsible for assisting students, community partners, faculty, and staff during their service-learning experience; also recording and tracking projects throughout the college within the Service-Learning Department. Rachel has an extensive and diverse history of community service, and also has had firsthand experience of being a student involved in collegiate service-learning programs. In her free time, Rachel enjoys working in the ceramics studio, volunteering, and spending time with her family.
