 Service-Learning Staff 

The Service-Learning Staff are available for any questions you may have!

Suzanne Ritter is the Service-Learning Coordinator for Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Suzanne is responsible for creating relationships for community partners and faculty members that benefit and enhance real world life experiences for students, while satisfying a community need. She considers herself a conduit of change for NWTC students.  Most of her time is spent supporting and guiding service-learning projects for the college. Over the past 3 years she has implemented a collection tool to capture over 400 service-learning projects that benefited the northeast Wisconsin district NWTC serves. Prior to joining NWTC, Suzanne served one year as an AmeriCorps*VISTA with Wisconsin Campus Compact and also brings 20 years experience in healthcare administrative positions to the college.  In her free time, Suzanne enjoys gardening, reading and playing with her grandbabies.

Erika Bradley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History, Anthropology, and Social Change and Development from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in January 2011.  Erika was involved in campus organizations such as the Students Ambassadors and Residence Hall and Apartment Association (RHAA) for most of her college career.  Her involvement in these organizations allowed her to serve at and attend multiple regional and national conferences as well as plan a number of programs for the UW-Green Bay campus.  She is currently serving her second term as a Marshfield Clinic AmeriCorps Member being hosted by the Service-Learning Team at NWTC.  She is responsible for meeting with community partners, faculty and staff, and recording and tracking projects with the Service-Learning Department.

Shane Vaughan is a 2009 graduate from Westfield Area High School and is a current student at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in the Criminal Justice-Corrections program as well as the Paralegal program and is also enrolled in the Community Corrections Certificate.  Shane currently serves the college as the work study for the Service-Learning Department, is a District Ambassador, a Student Ambassador/ Tour Guide, and as President of the NWTC Student Senate / Executive Board.  Shane is also the president and founder of the Sexuality and Gender Alliance on the Green Bay campus.  He enjoys working on campus and being involved with staff and students.  Through working on-campus, Shane understands the importance of technical education and also the importance of giving back what you have learned to the community.
