Scheduling an Appointment
Individuals interested in scheduling an appointment may call (920) 272-9300.
At your first appointment, a dentist will complete a dental examination with a full set of x-rays and establish a treatment plan according to your needs. The dentist will complete an assessment of hygiene needs and refer clients to be seen by the dental hygienist here in the N.E.W. Dental Medicaid Clinic or a referral will be made to the NWTC Dental Hygiene Clinic call list.
Hours of Operation
The clinic is open Monday through Friday. Times vary.
If you must cancel an appointment, you are required to give at least 24 hours advance notice. Failure to notify the clinic of cancellation, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in removal from the call list for a period of one year.
The N.E.W. Dental Medicaid Clinic will bill Medicaid for services provided. Co-pays may apply and are due on the date of service.
