NWTC Scholarship Scramble raising funds for student success

 Rodee Schneider

Golfers from across the region are invited to hit the links to fund student success at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College’s annual Scholarship Scramble, held Friday, May 2 at 11:00 a.m. at The Woods Golf Club in Green Bay.

The NWTC Scholarship Scramble is open to the entire community, with all proceeds going to the NWTC Educational Foundation, which funds scholarships, student programs and important NWTC initiatives. The event includes 18 holes of golf with a cart, lunch, a broasted chicken dinner, gift bag, embroidered apparel and prizes.

Whether you’re a golf pro, new to the game, part of a group or solo, all are welcome to swing for student scholarships. The cost is $99 per person.

The Scholarship Scramble is presented by NWTC’s Event Marketing class, which organizes, promotes and administers the event. Now in its tenth year, the event has raised tens of thousands of dollars for the NWTC Educational Foundation.
