 Food Service Sanitation

Safeguarding the food supply and patron health is a primary concern of food service operations.

NWTC offers initial certification and recertification classes in Green Bay and throughout the district. Classes culminate with the administration of the written exam. Select from the classes listed and register early to avoid disappointment.

It is our experience that learners who read and study the ServeSafe Essentials text prior to the first class have a higher pass rate on the National Restaurant Association exam.
