The Energy Management Technology Associate Degree in Applied Science will equip learners to enter and advance in the field of energy management. Special emphasis will be placed on application of the basic principles of physics, electro-mechanical technology and analysis to the description and measurement of energy in today’s building systems. This program will provide a skilled workforce able to evaluate and recommend solutions that enhance energy efficiency and energy costs savings.
The Solar Energy Technology Associate Degree in Applied Science can be applied to many areas of the solar energy industry. The strong electromechanical core will provide flexibility as jobs change and a strong bank of skills for those interested in apprenticeship. Individuals interested in solar electricity and solar thermal design and assessment will be equally prepared with the skills to perform analysis, produce proposals and provide estimates for buildings.
