Wisconsin TechConnect is a searchable employment database of part and full-time jobs submitted by employers who have an interest in hiring an NWTC or Wisconsin Technical College System student or graduate.

You must be enrolled in a program to be registered in WI TechConnect in order to upload your resume.
When an employer posts a job that matches your program of study, your uploaded resume will automatically appear in the employer’s Resume Bank for that job posting.

Student Credential File (or Staff Reference Forms or Staff Appraisals)
Written Staff Reference: Effective immediately, students no longer need to be registered in Career Services to get a written staff reference. Please request a written reference directly from your instructor.
Verbal Staff Reference: Students can still request permission from staff to give a verbal reference to a prospective employer. Click here, complete/sign the form, and give it to the instructor for their signature.
If you previously had references on file in Career Services, you may still request a copy at studentjobs@nwtc.eduor 920-498-5528.
In all the above cases, keep copies for your records.
