- Complete an intake interview to document and assess your needs
- Review the status of your program preparation
- Advise on credit load / class selection
- Create a personal learning plan with you
- Ensure your support requests are accommodated
Please bring the following information for your first interview:
- Psychological Evaluations
- Individualized Education Plans (IEP)
- Medical Records
