Kevin received a B.A. from St. Norbert College-De Pere and his J.D. from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee. He has served as a Brown County Assistant District Attorney.

Randy Revling is the Coordinator of the Basic Law Enforcement Academy for NWTC in Green Bay , WI . He is a retired Captain and a 28-year veteran of the Brown County Sheriff's Department in Green Bay , WI. He was also the Team Leader of the Emergency Response Unit (SWAT).

Randy has earned Associate and Bachelors Degrees in Criminal Justice and is a 1997 graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico , Virginia . As a training specialist and consultant at Northwestern University in Evanston IL , Randy instructed throughout the U.S.A. and Canada . Randy was named Wisconsin 's Training Officer of the Year in 2001. Randy has provided Instructor training in the Cinetronic Range and Tactical House to evaluate Officers response to threat under high stress conditions simulating actual street confrontations. Developed and teaches the 40 hour Firearms Instructor Course for handguns, the Police Shotgun Instructor Course, Tactical Rifle Instructor and Submachine Gun Instructor courses. Randy also teaches the Simunition Supervisor course throughout the United States for the SNC Corporation.

Bob has worked as an adjunct and a full time employee (full time since January 1, 2002) of NWTC for approximately the past 10 years.  He is a certified Wisconsin Police Officer, currently works part-time and has been an Officer for 20 years+.  Bob was an instructor for the nationally renowned Calibre Press "Street Survival" Seminar from 1993 - 2003. He is recognized in many states as a litigation consultant/expert witness in the areas of Use of Force, Use of Deadly Force, Police Pursuits and several other areas of police procedure.  He has testified for Officers and Departments in criminal and civil federal, state and local courts as well as grand jury , administrative and disciplinary hearings. He is a Unified Tactical Trainer (Firearms, DAAT, POSC, PCS, EVOC, Vehicle Contacts) in the State of Wisconsin , has countless other certifications and teaches recruit, in-service, continued education and specialized training. He authored the original "DAAT" manual and still serves on the DAAT Committee.  Bob has been consulted on and has authored numerous works on use of force.
