Hotel & Restaurant Management

Program Mission:
We are a degree program within a two-year college serving Northeast Wisconsin that provides hotel and restaurant management education and training for individuals and businesses leading to the development of a skilled workforce. We prepare graduates of our associate degree program to successfully enter into supervisory positions and management training programs at lodging, food service, and other related companies.



Program Vision:
We will provide learners the highest quality, life-long hotel and restaurant management learning opportunities that are relevant and helpful to a career in the hotel and restaurant industry. The education and training we provide will improve the financial success of the hotel and restaurant businesses and positively impact the quality of the career opportunities in our area.
