Using the NWTC Payment Plan is simple. You
may budget your tuition and fees through an automatic bank payment.
You authorize NWTC
to process the payment directly with your financial institution. It is
a bank-to-bank transfer of funds from your bank to NWTC's bank. These withdrawals may be made from
either your checking or savings account. They are processed
on the 10th day of each month. The payment amount is your account balance on the date of the payment, divided by the number of payments left in the plan. The last payment will clear any remaining tuition balance. Note that non-tuition fees (library fines, locker fees, etc.) will not be included in the payment plan.
To view the status of the payment plan (including the current tuition balance and amount of next payment), go to my.NWTC, Financials Tab. Note that changes that affect your overall tuition balance will affect your payment plan installments. Please allow 2-3 business days after the payment to see the transaction on your bank account.
Should an automatic bank payment be missed, a $25 fee will
be automatically assessed to your account. You will be notified
by NWTC via mail or e-mail.
Payments that are missed will be automatically reattempted
on the
25th
of the month.
Interest earned on all custodial funds held by NWTC is payable
to NWTC. The Missed Payment Fees are payable to NWTC. Your
financial institution may also assess a fee. The Enrollment
and Missed Payment Fees are subject to change in future academic
years or terms, unless otherwise agreed by NWTC.
