Have you thought about what the career options are in the world of work today? Perhaps you are interested in a Nursing career? Or maybe Auto Repair?

Maybe you are unsure of the education and personal characteristics needed to be a Dental Hygenist or a Computer Programmer ...

Well, what about a trial run? Wouldn't it be great if you could try these and other careers out?

Now you can through TECH CAMPS! NWTC offers this summer career education program for middle school students. Tech Camp is a camp where students can "try out" the careers they are interested in. These 3-day camps are held throughout Northeast Wisconsin and provide interactive, hands-on projects to facilitate career awareness.

The purpose of NWTC's summer Tech Camp program is to enhance the middle school student's knowledge of the many career choices available in the job market. Each camp focuses on the importance of education and the skills employers are looking for in the workforce of today and the future!

Tech Camps have been designed to provide students a chance to explore careers with an experienced instructor, participate in fun group activities, hear about local opportunities from leading area businesses and explore career attributes and options via NWTC's career center.
