NWTC Tour Process – Effective June 17, 2008

Individual Requests

Campus tours are primarily for high school students. Prospective students who would like to tour the NWTC Green Bay campus can register via the NWTC web site (see below).

Please indicate your area of interest on the registration form. Individual tours will be scheduled weekly on Tuesday mornings (9AM) and Thursday afternoons (3PM). Weekly tours will be capped at a maximum of 30 guests and one week advance notification is required. Tours will start on time, so individuals are asked to meet in the NWTC Welcome Center lobby (SC240) 5-10 minutes prior to their tour. The best time to visit the Green Bay campus is from September through April when classes are in session. However, tours are available during the summer months.

Group Requests

Group tours are limited to 75 guests with 3 weeks of advance notice necessary. If you would like to schedule a group visit, please contact our Career Center Specialist at (920) 498-5422. You must provide the school name, address, contact name, and phone number of the person(s) accompanying students the day of the tour. NWTC will attempt to accommodate your group. One chaperone from your school or agency must accompany every 15 students touring. If approved for a group tour, guests will need to complete the tour registration form (see below).

Please note:

• Tours may require extensive walking. Please have your students plan accordingly.
• Please notify us if any of your students need special accommodations.
• All participants should enter at the Student Center building and report to the Welcome Center Lobby (SC240).
