All members of the public are welcome to use any of the services
which meet their needs. There are no Admission requirements
for Basic Education services.
GETTING STARTED
Individuals will be evaluated to determine their strengths
and areas for improvement.
The student and a counselor or instructor will develop a Personal
Education Plan (PEP) based on the student's assessment results,
goals, learning style, and abilities.
Choose the format and location that meets your needs:
A. Individual learning on an NWTC campus
- Open lab setting - students set their own schedules
and work through required text at their own
pace.
- Instructors are available to assist students as needed
- Three sites - Green Bay, Marinette, and Sturgeon
Bay
B. Classroom Learning on the Green Bay campus
- Courses offered at set times

- Students can study at any
of the Green Bay sites, or in any of the 14
communities in the NWTC District
